Betika is a leading international sports betting and gaming company with a rapidly growing global footprint. As part of its MENA expansion, the business appointed its first UAE-based Chief Technology Officer and made the decision to build a dedicated regional technology function from the ground up.
Nameless Ventures partnered with Betika from the outset of this build. Working directly with the CTO, we supported the design of the technical org structure, advised on hiring sequence and team composition, and delivered the initial leadership hires required to establish standards and momentum in-market. Once the leadership layer was in place, the engagement expanded into full technical team buildout across multiple disciplines.
To date, we have delivered 26 technical hires into Betika’s MENA organisation and continue to work in partnership with the business as the team scales.
