WHO WE WORK WITH

We work with startups building their first robotics team and scaleups growing one, across robots, drones, autonomous vehicles and industrial automation.

The robotics talent pool in the GCC is small and specialist, so most of the people you want aren't actively looking. We map the market and approach them directly, rather than waiting for applications.

Either way, we start by understanding what you're building and which parts of the stack the hire needs to own, not just the role in front of us.

OUR PROCESS

01

TODAY.

Getting to know each other.

We ask why the role exists, what problem the hire solves and what good looks like in six months.

02

24-48 HOURS.

What does good look like?

We'll share example profiles to gather comprehensive live feedback about what you like/dislike about each.

03

48-72 HOURS.

Search officially starts.

We longlist and assess candidates against your brief, beyond what's on their CV.

04

END OF WEEK 1.

Candidates introductions.

Your first hand-picked shortlist lands, with our notes on every candidate.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN EVERY ROBOTICS HIRE

Technical depth - Their experience against your stack, from software and perception to hardware and controls.

Real-world deployment - Have they shipped systems that work outside simulation, not just in the lab?

Range across the stack - Can they work across software, hardware and testing when a small team needs it?

Fit with your stage - Do they want the pace of a startup or scaleup, or just like the idea of it?

ROBOTICS & PHYSICAL AI

FAQS

What is physical AI?

Physical AI is AI that senses and acts in the real world through machines such as robots, drones and autonomous vehicles, rather than working only in software. Building it takes a mix of robotics, perception, controls and hardware skills.

How long does it take to hire a robotics engineer?

Your first shortlist lands by the end of week one. Our average time to fill is 36 days, so we'd expect to have secured your hire, or have them in the final stages, by around week five. Specialist and leadership robotics roles can take longer, as the talent pool is smaller.

Do you recruit computer vision engineers?

Yes. We recruit computer vision and perception engineers for robotics, drones and autonomous systems, as well as the software, controls and hardware engineers they work alongside.

Can you recruit robotics engineers from outside the UAE?

Yes. With a specialist talent pool, the right person is often based abroad, so we search internationally as well as locally for candidates open to relocating to the UAE or wider GCC.

Do you recruit heads of robotics?

Yes. We recruit robotics leaders from team lead up to head of robotics, director and VP, for startups building their first robotics team and scaleups growing one.
